7 weeks 5 days and eating nonstop!
Hey ladies, this is my first pregnancy and surprisingly I am not having morning sickness so far... but I am feeling hungry around the clock! I eat pretty healthy even though I’m eating a lot. I do indulge typically one to two days per week and eat sweets and lots of carbs haha. But I just feel insatiably hungry all. the. time. No matter what I eat.
I am active and work out about 4 times per week but my workouts have sucked lately and I only get about 20 minutes before feeling tired and like I can’t do anymore so I’m listening to my body. I’m trying to add walking because it agrees with my energy levels more. I’m wondering if the workouts are making me excessively hungry?
I recognize this is probably normal. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this!
