Pumping room convo with work
My work has no extra office spaces. I asked about using a shared room when I have this baby and come back from leave. Their response was the room will be used often and the restroom might be the best place, they can get what I need to be comfortable. At first I said I didn’t love it. I mean, imagine trying to pump after someone used the restroom for a while 💩🤢. I know there are laws requiring workplaces to give a locked space other than bathroom, but if it’s difficult for smaller workplaces, they don’t need to. Advice on bringing this back up with employer? I know they have no offices open, but the bathroom is not sanitary and I shouldn’t have to do that.
