Spotting

I know women have some spotting during implantation. I experienced that a lil more than a week ago. Took a test, then 5 more. I’m 100% pregnant. I had some very light brown spotting yesterday. What is happening? I’m scared. I am 6 weeks and 2 days along. I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in July. My heart aches and I am not sure there is anything I can do but wait to see it I continue bleeding today. Can someone please tell me they experienced spotting more than a week after implantation and had a healthy baby. I wanna cry but trying to stay positive. No one knows I’m pregnant again and this pain in silently crushing me.
