Husband has no sperm in semen
So we just found out yesterday that my husband has no sperm in his semen. He is okay using donor sperm. Any advice of picking donor sperm? Is higher MOT worth the extra money? I have herpes so does that mean I need a donor that is CMV negative?is any donor company okay? I’m so confused.
