7dpo symptoms

hey ladies,

Hope all r doing great!

Tdy is 7dpo n yesterday 6 dpo found one little spot red n tdy n yest have mild cramps near uterus!

Todays mucus was white slippery (ovulation already completed 7 days back had hcg injection trigger with 30mm left ovary follicle)

My doctor has given me progestrone suppliements post ovulation till 15 days along with metformin as i have pcos

kindly suggest is this could be implantation or pms
