What would you do? Read description.

My husband and I found a home we like. It has 3 bedrooms but we’re not sure if we should hold out for a 4 bedroom home.

We already have a 2 year old and will be adding another baby soon. Ideally, we think we’d like to have 3 kids. This means two kids would need to share a room...not a big deal.

However, my husband snores like a freight train and we currently sleep in separate rooms in the condo we’re renting. He is going to try out some contraption that’s supposed to quiet the snores while he’s asleep, but we don’t yet know if it will work. He’s already tried several different things which didn’t work. If he still needs his own room in the future, that leaves one bedroom for our kids.

I literally have no clue what to do. We could take a chance because there are no guarantees we’ll even have three kids. Also, nothing says we would have to stay in this new home forever (although the less I have to move, the better in my opinion!).

Help! What do you ladies think? I’ve never purchased a home before and I am super conflicted & confused.
