Reduced growth

I have growth scans every 3 weeks and my last one was 2 weeks ago I was 32 weeks and everything was fine. Well today at 34 weeks plus 2 days I had a midwife appointment and I was measuring 32 weeks so have not grown in 2 weeks. I have an emergency scan tomorrow but if she has not grown in 2 weeks what will happen will they just watch her growth or induce? Thanks in advance xx
