What are the best skin products like moisturizers cleansers for teenage girls with dry to normal skin?

I think a lot of people recommend CeraVe products, I don't use them because they make me break out but I'm sensitive. This would be a solid choice that isn't too expensive. 
My second choice would be my personal favorite, the embryolisse moisturizer. Its amazing but pricier. Its worth it so thats all I use and its amazing.
