Signs of preeclampsia?

So my blood pressure is usually 104/66 every time I go to the doctor

And today it was running about 130/80

My mom checked it because I had a sudden increase in face swelling and feet swelling and I was in tears from so many aches and pains

She looked at me and automatically got out the blood pressure machine.

Has anyone had the one set of preeclampsia and what happened?

I’m praying it’s not the early signs I’m 34 weeks so I know swelling is common I’ve just never been this swollen so fast I woke up from a nap and it was like I was stung by bees.

I’ve also noticed my left leg has done nothing but tingle and cramp all day and it’s swelling more intensely than the right leg so I’m gonna call in the morning for sure!
