Losing patience?

Have any of you mama's lost your patience with your little one?

As our kiddos are turning into toddlers more and more, it is becoming more challenging. Don't get me wrong, my son is wonderful and 99% of the time an absolute sweetheart but that 1% of stubbornness is hard to handle some days.

For example, this morning I was trying to change my son's poopy diaper. It was huge. And as soon as I took the dirty diaper off, he started aggressively kicking me and flailing his legs. With a huge poop in the equation, it became super stressful. I feel awful but I yelled ENOUGH STOP KICKING ME PLEASE. He didn't seem super phased by it but he did stop.

OR if I go to pick him up to get changed or dressed, he throws himself around to the point where he banged my chin really hard with his head yesterday.

I'm noticing I'm losing my cool in times like that and it makes me feel like a bad mom.

Especially as a first time mom, I'm not sure if it's okay or normal to lose your patience or if I'm just a crappy person. Idk. Mom guilt is getting to me really bad.

Would love to hear some of your experiences.
