Any tips for drugstore/affordable products to use for severe hormonal acne during the 2nd trimester? It's bad and nothing is working 🥺

Right now I’m loving the Elizabeth Arden Superstart probiotic cleanser. It’s not specifically for acne, but probiotics generally help. I used the Belli anti blemish cleanser for my first pregnancy and I liked it as well. I think you can buy Belli products at Target, but I usually bought mine on Amazon because it’s more convenient. Belli also has a pregnancy safe spot treatment, but I prefer using pure frankincense oil as a spot treatment. Works like a charm.
