Why don't shows and movies portray infertility more?

Why do they make it seem like getting pregnant is so easy?

I'm so sick of watching a movie or something and the person takes a test and bam, pregnant. Doesn't matter if they were safe, doesn't matter if it was a one night stand, a person can never just be late or have some weird hormone thing going on. They ALWAYS are pregnant.

I just feel it sets an unrealistic expectation about pregnancy.
