implantation bleeding? or period spotting?

i’m supposed to start my period around today-the next 5 days and i did have sex while i was ovulating but he didn’t come in me, and i’m also on the paragard IUD. i’m stressing about if this is just period spotting or if i’m pregnant- which i really hope i’m not.
