Hurt vagina!

Help! So my boyfriend was recently getting frisky with me and was rubbing my clit, well it suddenly got super sore to the point where I couldn't even touch it without pain. I got home and inspected my vagina to see that an area near my clitois is very irritated and red and there was a little blood on my underwear. Should I be worried at all or should I just let the wound heal?
