Faint line or evap line ?

Do you guys see it ? I’m working on day two of missed period having slight pain on my right side like cramping having some back ache. I’ve been having discharge the last week slight cramping in back nothing big. I’ve taken many test this one I seen a faint line but not sure if it was evap line or a faint positive. Been feeling the need to pee more often ( not sure if it’s just in my head) 😅 trying hard to not get my hopes up. Planning to go get a digital and actual first response test. Been using the pregmate hcg test.
