Marriage struggling

Is anyone else having a hard time with their partners? My husband works 50 hours a week so between that and travel to and from work, I’m alone with baby for 12 hours a day. Then I cook dinner and juggle baby at the same time and he doesn’t do anything around the house unless I ask or remind him and even then finds an excuse not to finish. He also doesn’t help with baby even when he is home. On the off chance that he helps for 5 minutes, baby is screaming and he doesn’t know what he needs or what to do and I have to tell him. So not really a “break” for me. I have so much anger towards him and no matter how many times I try to talk to him, it doesn’t get better. He says stuff like “I know I’m a shit husband” or “I’m a disappointment. I can never do anything right.” I’m sick of him playing the poor me card. I just want him to step up.
