What info do you want to see from recommendations?

I get tagged in FB posts a lot for my business yet no one ever responds to my comments. When I get tagged, I thank the person who tagged me then in a separate comment, I tag my company name, provide both my phone number and email address and say something that's relevant to the OPs particular query or their company.

Where there are contact details, I send a mail with my company profile, ask if we can set up a telephonic, video or physical meeting to discuss their requirements for us to quote as per their requests, and then I send a follow up mail.

I don't mention pricing upfront because the prices of things vary so greatly I don't want to be held to what I've said on Facebook.

I get its a tough market, but I literally never get responses, ever. I get my company is new, but we've got a good client base already and an active social media page that follows the typical posting guidelines (IE they're not all sale posts, they're informative, visual, etc).

Is there anything I could improve on?
