Cervical length question

I had my ultrasound done last week at 19 weeks. I just got my results back this evening. My cervical length was 3.1cm is this quite short for only being 20 weeks along? With my daughter my cervix was measuring 4.5cm at this tine. Im just wondering if its something I should be concerned about. I'll be asking my obgyn Monday morning too.
