Pregnancy rash

Hi I’m 39 weeks pregnant and for the last week I’ve had a rash develop that is really itchy it started on my thighs on the inside and now spread to the backs of my legs and the tops of my ankles and then on one wrist and one finger ? I have nothing on my stomach, it looks and sounds like pupps rash ? But they say that normally starts on the stomach ? Did anyone have pupps and it not be on there stomach , when the rash first come up I showed my midwife who wasn’t concerned she said it was just hormones but since has spread and is incredibly itchy , photo from inside of thigh when it first come up

They are lots of little bumps like heat bumps
