GA residents or prior-prenatal obgyn visit, do they drug screen?

Hi I live in Clarke County and am a FTM, does anyone know if they drug test while you are pregnant and at the first few appts? I only ask as I just moved here from CA where I have/ had my medical card for marijuana ( I have a form of cancer) and laws are way different here in GA and I would hate to get tested and have CPS or the equivalent to them here in GA at my house or hospital harassing me and my BD. I am going to be stopping now that I found out I’m expecting but I have my first appt in less than a month and am a little worried... any info helps!!
