Is 95.5 too low?

I just started tracking BBT this cycle and I’ve had two mornings where I’ve had readings around 95.5. It was pretty cold the night before and our building doesn’t have heat on yet. Is this temp one to be concerned about?

If you're a mouth breather, that's understandable. Otherwise, that is low. It's possible your thermometer isn't accurate. If you're not using it, you should be using a bbt thermometer that measures to the hundredths place. Those are more accurate than the fever thermometers, in my experience.

Do you have a thyroid condition? I do and my BBT has always been low.

Are you by chance a mouth breather? I don’t like having the heat on while I sleep and I noticed I get low temps during colder days, once I started vaginal temping my charts became regular
