1st fever!!
My girl had a restless night took her temp this morning and it was 40° (104f)!! She seems fine in herself and a hour after paracetamol and ibuprofen her temp has normalised to 37°6. I'm going to keep a close eye on her. I'm surprised that I'm in such a flap as I'm a paediatric nurse but mommy brain took over this morning.
