Should I be worried ...

Today I am 5weeks & 6days. I feel okay i never really had any symptoms since i found out i was pregnant except sleeping a lot... today me & my husband had sex 4 times 🙈 and just now i went to flip the cover and it had blood on it from when he wiped himself bc i was gonna throw the sheets in the washer afterwards & a spot where i wiped myself. am i having a miscarriage.. or is this normal because of the sex😭🥴
