Cycles and pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy

Hi everyone back in March I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost my right tube.. prior to my ectopic my cycles where between 30-32 days now my cycles are about 24-26 days does anyone know why this happened and have any of you been able to conceive again after that every month is such a disappointment and I’m starting to loose hope 😞 if anyone could share their stories please I would truly appreciate it
