Someone please give me remedies for snoring
My husband snores like a bear I can’t take it anymore I haven’t slept a full night in my bed in weeks, we get into fights over it, I’m so sleep deprived and it makes me resent him, I’m at the end of my rope. If we don’t find an effective way to address this problem I’m worried we won’t make it or will have to get separate rooms. The nasal strip things do not work AT ALL.
