Been weaning off breast feeding, tired to go slow but maybe i didn’t go slow enough? Had a little headache for past three days and yesterday started feeling off and as the day went on I felt worse. More like a head cold/flu like at end of night. Night before I felt tender on the boob and some lightning shocks here and there. Took a bath last night because they felt sensitive. Today was a little better, but no major boob pain like people say. But also my milk is pretty much all dried up now. Just still feeling off. Mastitis would make sense but I thought you would have a lot of breast pain as well? Do I need to call OB or will it go away on it’s own if it’s mastitis?
