Letrozole Questions

Hi ladies! Upon a ton of testing with my Reproductive Endocrinologist, she is thinking that I’m showing signs of PCOS due to my high AMH levels, ovulation occurring late, and my longer cycles (35-40 days). She is starting me on Letrozole, and I’m wondering for those who have taken it what your experience was? Also, because I’m ovulating regularly, she said this could increase my chances of multiples. Would love your feedback!
