Story time!! IUD edition...

So I got my 3rd IUD put in about 3 weeks ago. For the past couple of days I have been spotting and cramping really bad. My period isn’t supposed to start for another week but spotting is one of the many joys of the IUD right? Well today I was bleeding just a little more and I didn’t want to keep wasting panty liners so I decided to just put my cup in (I use a diva cup instead of tampons). Tonight I was taking a shower and I take my cup out and clean it in the shower sometimes (especially when I’m not heavily bleeding because the water helps it come out easier). Well I took it out and I didn’t look really but I felt something brush my foot but thought it was just a clump of hair since I lose hair like crazy. Well I finish washing my body and I look down and there it is. MY IUD IN MY SHOWER DRAIN!! I was so dumbfounded that it literally just came out like that and I didn’t even feel it. Back story. My first one started to expel but they removed it the rest of the way. My second one went to far up and they had to take it out because it was to far up in my uterus. And now this. I am never getting one again 🙄 birth control is down the drain for me... literally
