I always wanted to know what my rising & moon is especially because my two siblings & I have the same sign & I remember someone told me all I needed was my birth certificate. When I check my birth certificate, it didn’t have the time I was born. I have asked my mom already but all she remembers is that it was already 11pm. I wanted to check with my hospital but the hospital I was born at is now a Medical School building. Does anyone know where else I can find out what time I was born?
