Help!?

So I'm day 2 of my period, or so I thought? It's super light and not doing anything to the tampons I'm using. I am TTC naturally but I have been told I can't. I have one fallopian tube completely closed off and the other is small that if I do it could be ectopic. I haven't been pregnant in 8.5 years so not sure what all I'm looking for tbh since all are different. My period is actually 4 days early if this helps. I feel kinda dumb for asking this question but I will be getting some pregnancy tests in the morning so I can't take them later.
