URGENT HELP 🙏

Am 2 days late and I only have sore boobs which has lasted for more than a week but for the last 3 days it's not as sore as it use to be . I was as bloated but has subsides then a little headache that's all I feel at the moment. No cramps no spotting

My question is can I take a pregnancy test now or wait for a few days .

Am really scared it will come out negative 😒I said that because of past experiences that even with much more symptoms and 3-4days late it turns out negative n my period showed on the 5th day
