12 weeks , hickey like rash on breast?

I just noticed what I thought was a smudge of red marker my daughter had in her hands , on my right breast. Except when I rubbed it with my finger it grew in size and kind of looks like a hickey ! I have sensitive skin but never seen this before , it looks like tiny red dots like a hickey ..I’m wondering if it’s just sensitive skin even more sensitive with pregnancy or something else ? Anyone go through this before ?
