Moms working ?

So my boyfriend works full time mon-Friday. And I am fortunate we have enough money on his income to support us only it is limited. But Sometimes I miss making my own money. Any moms who are working as well as there significant other ? If so, who watches your baby. How do you make this work?

I go back to work on Monday. I had 8 weeks partially paid leave and 4 weeks unpaid leave. My parents want me to take a year of unpaid leave due to Covid, but we can’t afford that. Our daughter will joint our son at daycare. I do miss my life as a teacher, and I’m looking forward to returning while also terrified at the same time.

My baby girl is 3m and I just went back to work last week it has been hard and sad leaving her but it's nice knowing she's safe with her brother when they're staying with my sister while I work...me and my SO both work full time and although we were ok with just his income I'm excited to be making my own money again !

Hubby works full time. I work about 24 hrs a wk mwf. Luckily his parents live close and watch them. I drive to their house 40 min away and then to work 30 min from their house. We both work at the hospital

I go back to work on Friday. My daughter will be 3.5 months. I used to work days but my hubby works days so I switched to night shift. I’ll be home all day with my daughter and then 3 nights a week I’ll be at work so hubby will have her overnight by himself. She’s sleeping through the night though and she doesn’t wake up until 8:30 so he can sleep and  get up in the morning and get ready without having to worry about her. 
Unless the 4 month sleep regression hits and she starts to have trouble with her sleep. Then he’ll be miserable 3 nights out of the week😂

Husband and I are still working from home. He helps when I need him to, but basically I'm watching him while I work. Luckily I'm not up to full hours right now and when I work during the day is pretty flexible.

I am going back to work in 2 weeks. I am extremely grateful to only be going back part time though! 3 days one week, 2 days the next. We found a private babysitter.

We are lucky. My mom watches her mon, tues, and thur and my MIL watches her on wed. DH is off on fri but they alternate if he does have to work occasionally. Although at 1st it gave me anxiety it’s much better after that 1st initial week.

I work for now. My husband works 1st and I'm on 2nd, my cousin watches the baby between shifts. After the 1st of the year I'll have vacation days to use, I just put in for the first 8 Fridays of the year off. I plan to work to clear our small debts, probably quit in April.

My son goes to preschool and our nanny will watch our daughter. I go back to work on Wednesday and my husband starts a new job on Monday but we will both be working from home due to covid. I’m hoping I can still nurse a little bit.
