Weight loss tips?
Hey im 15, im 65 kg’s and im 167 cm, my bmi is 24.1 and i really want to be 55 kgs or 58:59 somewhere near that. Any tips and tricks? (I started counting my calories to 1200 calories per day and working out on sunday, monday, wednesday). I need small life hacks or like small tricks that can help. 🤍
