If I get mandated and refuse to stay over and they fire me can I collect unemployment?
I’m 23 weeks pregnant so it’d be hard for me to jump into another job if they know I’m pregnant, they probably won’t want to give me maternity leave so early especially cause I want to take a little extra time like 12weeks off.
