How do I get my 5YO to like sauce!!!?!

Regret not introducing her earlier! Her brother is 2 and is willing to try anything; he even got into the freezer and bit a chili pepper last night 😂
We have to BEG my daughter to try any kind of sauce, and she’ll make a face before it even touches her lip! I can’t even hide it because she feels betrayed as soon as she discovers it.
She doesn’t even like ketchup LOL

Keep offering it but don’t force her to eat it. Research shows that it can take up to 50 exposures for a kid to try a new food, if you beg or bargain with them it turns them off to it but getting them to interact with it even if they don’t eat it is super helpful. Put it on the side so she can dip. Start with “you don’t have to eat it but it has to stay on your plate” then the next time move to “let’s dip something in it” or “try dipping something in it.” Even just getting them to touch or lick it is good exposure. Tasting it and allowing them to spit it out if they don’t like it is also good exposure (just don’t draw a lot of attention to it). It’s frustrating but you have to play the long game. Have her help in making the sauce.
Offer it in its own small dish on the side, offer regularly but no pressure. 
Offer along side a favorite food & encourage her to try dipping it in, even if she doesn’t want to eat it once it’s dipped. 
Just be consistent & try not to pressure.
