Very pleased with these my son can read them very well now mind you he just started connecting words so proud of him so I got him this collection and he loves them most importantly because he can read them :)

Scholastic’s has some great options for new learners and if you do on line learning at all there is some great apps out there for new readers

I print books off of measured mom website for free.  She has true beginner books.  Typically though I read with my 3 yr old and then just pause & point to the words she knows how to read.  Reading full books/pages at first is exhausting for new readers.  I also really like these videos on you tube for phonics:
