Officially Allergic to pets

Kind of update: her nose will bleed, break out, blotches and eczema and rashes and ear infection.

2 - we have been trying to reconcile and this out a big halt now that there is science backing it up and her pain during the 20 minutes of exposure and inflammation. I hate to say it but it may have to become them or us. Since were technically already separated to helping family but other differences including her allergies. Maybe I’m just dumb. Idk 😔

My daughter is officially allergic to cats and dogs. Dander saliva etc. Pollen too but in two to three days she spiked a fever close to 101 just being around them with allergy meds (Allegra or ceterizine sams brand-she takes that one like a champ) nose spray (please give me advice or tips and tricks for her to take this easier!?). Saline wash for bath time..shes 4.

Husband wants to try everything before even getting rid of one. I get it I do. I loved animals I was a pet tech and had two of my own. However I’m sorry they don’t compare to my daughter. I’m not sorry for that.

He still believes he wants to see if that’s really it. So when she gets a fever, sinus infection, cries when her sinuses hurt, takes the meds and allergy shots aren’t happening what do I do. It’s like he’s missing the point She’s allergic.

Allergist explained cat hair is lighter and moves more and dog hair is heavier and falls down to the floor. So where’s he breathing room? My family is huge on allergies and asthma some outgrew and some it’s reverse getting at latter age. His family has regular seasonal allergies

Air purifier, constant grooming..? What else please? I did tell him during a good conversation that a cat dog shouldn’t be above us and our health. I am willing to try steps but still doesn’t change that she’s allergic.
