HELP!!!

So today around 3 I was changing clothes and getting ready to go over to my moms house and while I was changing my husband said “what happened there?” He was pointing on my thigh the right side. I looked down and saw 3 deep scratches very big too. And then right now I was taking a shower and another one on my side poped up. I don’t have nails they are short I have a lot of anxiety and stress out easily so they are short. Anyways what do ya guys think? And no I haven’t scratched
