Still swaddling ?

Is anyone still swaddling their LO?

I’ve been trying to break her of the habit for a few weeks, and I can’t make it work. At first she wouldn’t sleep at all (until we hit 3 am and I gave in and swaddled her). I gave it some time and tried again. She would let me nurse her to sleep, but would wake up every 30 minutes completely distressed and freaked out. I gave her a few more days and now I’m ready to try again.

One arm out, both arms out. Zippadee zip. Nothing works.

She’s a preemie, born in June at 34 weeks.

Is it supposed to be this bad? I feel like she’s just not ready.

And she can’t roll from back to tummy yet. She’s only rolled from tummy to back a handful of times, and all in the last week.
