Warning! Bed bugs from the hospital 🐜

Warning to all future moms! I’m pretty sure we picked up bed begs from the hospital. I’ve gotten 50+ bites in the last few days and all the signs point to bed bugs. We think we found a dead bug, too. We have a pest control person coming out Monday and I guess we’ll know for sure then.

I did some research and found that hospital stays are one of the most common ways to get bed bugs!

I would advise anyone to throw away any bags they take from the hospital that can’t be washed. Strip down as soon as you get home and throw everything in the washer with very hot water. These are simple things I definitely would have done if I had been warned. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
