Success after d&c

I had a d&c for a blighted ovum on 2/21. I was 8w5d, I used 100mg of clomid to conceive. It has been a stressful few weeks, since I was monitored weekly from the empty sac. I just want to be pregnant again so bad! Did anyone have success right after a d&c or mc? I have my follow up appt on 3/7 and want to start trying right away! I am assuming I will need clomid again, which I will be able to start once I get my period.
