Why are his feet always wet?

My 6 month old sons feet always feel clammy & damp to me. I thought maybe it was him sweating because I usually have him dressed in sleepers, so the last couple days he’s just been wearing long sleeve onesies & his feet are still clammy & damp. They don’t look wet to me but when you touch the bottom of his feet you can feel it.

Is this something I should bring up to his doctor???
