Pain in right breast with itchy nipple

All day my right breast above my nipple has been feeling a sharp pain, also my nipple is sooo itchy. Only the right side, and I have a swollen lymph node right side lower neck. Mot sure if that’s related...I’m 22 and 2 months ago I had to get a mammogram because they felt a small lump under my skin on my breast. I’m absolutely petrified right now.

Just to add more information I’m about 10dpo and been having cramps and gushes of watery discharge. Anyone experience this before?
