Is this normal?

One time when i was around 13-14 i made my self a hickey on my right boob just because i was bored 😂 and it wasnt that big it was small and now im 16 i have a lil bump thats kind of pink and it never came off and its the hickey i made at that time. I dont think this is normal. It is noticeable though.Ive never shown my boobs ever since that happened because i feel like my mom would think im getting hickeys from a guy but it dont even look like one tbh cause hickeys dont look a little bumpy. What could it be
