Food poisoning, EBF help!
Hi ladies, I have food poisoning of some sort (out the back end with cramping / discomfort) but LO seems to be fine and I'm staying hydrated etc. I've read that I should def continue breastfeeding but I'm trying to decide if I need to go to the doctor? Thanks for any advice!!
