Boyfriend is a terrible texter!

So I really don’t know what to do anout this! I have tried talking with him about him just basically never talking to me unless we’re together and how it’s just nit the vibe I want to be on and he stilllll has made 0 effort to get better at messaging. Hell even if it was just a good morning and a goodnight message that would be okay but its just dead silence then randomly here or there he’ll message and he gets SOOOO wildly sidetracked with shit he’s nearly impossible to make plans with 🙄 I work very early mornings and he know that and he’ll say he’s coming at 5pm end up at my house around 7/8 then keep me up till 10-11 o’clock talking which I know if half my fault but still just irritates me that be even bothers so make plans so late in the day and he knows I want to see him so he knows I’ll say yes though honestly I’m about to start telling him I just can’t do late night hangouts on days I work in morning. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Ugh. S.O.S! Anyone else have a bad texter or know what I shoud do to fix this situation? I don’t want to push it and push him away but like is it really that hard to show you care? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Pics show our last conversation that irritated me and a message I sent him (mind you he has off today) and he never replied. 🙃
