Confused

I've been feeling like AF is coming but this time its different I have small cramps I'm feeling nauseous on and off throughout the day. I keep running to the bath room it feels like I started that weird wet runny feeling I know tmi . I notice I've been having more discharge and the color of my pee is a bight yellow. I took a test and there was a light positive. I'm not gonna get my hopes up. Would like to know other people's opinion
