Feeling very nervous

I had a scan at 6 weeks (I thought I was further along) and could only see the gestational sac and the yolk sac. No foetal pole. Was told it was too early and not to be concerned but I have been an emotional wreck since.

I have had severe nausea and fatigue and was told these were good signs but I can’t help and worry. I have another scan tomorrow- I’m now 10 weeks and 2 days.

Has anyone gone through something similar? Thanks!
