Bv or Yeast Infection???

I recently had a bad yeast infection that turned into bv. I took nuvessa and I am pretty sure I got rid of the bv but I think it gave me a bad yeast infection. I have had clumpy thick white discharge. I started taking diflucan and I have way less clumpy discharge but I have the discharge shown below. I’m not itchy but I’m red down there and it just feels irritated and uncomfortable. Do you think it is bv or I just haven’t gotten rid of the yeast infection yet? Or could I have both?
